As promised during the pre-poll campaigns, residuary Andhra Pradesh's first Chief Minister Chandra Babu's First Five Signatures  has signed on files at the same dais where he took oath as chief minister. Calling it as an action to uplift the spirits of people, and to bring hope among Andhra Pradesh people who are down with insecurity post bifurcation, Naidu signed the files. 

Chandra Babu's First Five Signatures are as follows :

1 : A committee is setup to look into all sort of provisions to waive loans of farmers and Dwacra groups.

2 : Rs 1000 pension will be given to old-age people, widows and handicapped persons from October 2nd.

3 : Drinking mineral water will be supplied to all villages in Andhra Pradesh at Rs 2 / 20 litres under NTR-Sujala project.
  

4 : All belt-shops that sell and deal with liquor in AP are cancelled with immediate effect and action will be taken on all wrongdoers.


5 : Retirement age for Government of AP employees is extended to 60 years from the present 58 years.
