Former Pakistan Cricketer Shoib Akhtar (39) is all set to tie the knot with a teenage girl Rubab who is just 17 now. Rubab hails from Haripur and she appeared for her Intermediate exams last month.
As per sources, Shoaib Akhtar will be visiting his home town Rawalpindi on June 12th. Marriage is slated to happen in the 3rd week of this month. Mehndi function would be held on June 19th, Rukhsati on June 20th and Vaima in Rawalpindi on June 22nd.
Shoaib Akhtar's family met a businessman Mushtaq Khan while on Hajj last year and asked his wife to find a suitable match for the cricketer. Both the families met few times after their return from Hajj and then finalized the match.
